I personally guarantee the quality of the products I supply. I purchase from reputable online dealers, I can therefore offer the same return policy I have with them, on Unopened Merchandise only. Any opened packages will be handled case by case.
1. All Unopened Merchandise will be subject to a 30 day refund policy
2. Opened merchandise will be handle on a case by case basis , but in most cases I will not issue an exchange, there will also be absolutely no refunds on opened merchandise No Exceptions whatsoever
3. Returns will only be accepted if all troubleshooting methods have failed and the installation is proven though pictures to be quality work. Troubleshooting should be done through e-mail correspondence with myself
4. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on refunds of unopened packages, exchanges will be my responsibility, and you will be shipped a new product at no cost.
